Already sang my praises on YouTube Eric.

Ava and you did us proud on this one - rich, warm sounds and subtle picking of a lovely tune.I hope Cindy and the boys are well and enjoying your music, too! Cheers again, Mate! :D

Very nice playing, Eric. Intro reminded me a bit of that Eagles hotel on a desert highway, but then it went elsewhere. It's certainly some test piece - shows that some people have talent, while the rest, like me can only dream.

Wish I could write stuff - I just try to copy - badly. I am currently trying to get my Avalon to play Don Ross' 'First Ride', but she's fighting back! :D

John & Boom,

Good to hear from you gents and thanks for the kind words & encouragement. :)

Boom, I don't know how to begin to attempt a Don Ross composition. I admire that you you can play that. I'm sure it sounds awesome on your Avee! I'd love to listen in on that my friend.

John, whats on the horizon for your YTC? Have you been giggin' a bit here lately? My boy Caleb loves the size and tone of the s201. Have you been playing your gigs with your Avee? I am lookin' forward to seein' Avalon start production again ya know.

Well fellas cheers to you and your families !

Hi Eric

John, whats on the horizon for your YTC?

I have been a bit quiet on YouTube recently, but that should change soon. I am currently back in the recording studio with a dozen new compositions and once I get them recorded and covered by MCPS I will put out a few on YouTube. I am still playing the Eclipse, of course, but have recently added a Lowden F32c (bought from Crofty) to the family. My other main buzz is a Paul Hathway mandocello which is tuned down to C and is fabulous for vocal accompaniment.

The recording should be finished before Xmas, so hopefully I will be YouTubing sometime in December. I will have to go some to catch you up!!

Cheers Mate!

John :D

That sounds great John! I can't wait to hear it. Nice aquisition on the F32c. As you know my LSEII is based on the F32c, only shallower and with a slimmer neck profile. I love the F32c model, great size and you can play anything and everything on 'em, so versitile and nice to look at as well. So congrats buddy and I'll be stoppin' by yer YTC to check up on ya!

Cheers!
