JB, Can the action on my A25 be lowered or does it leave the factory set as low as it goes?
If it can be lowered, when is the factory open at the start of July?
Thanks

The majority of guitars leave us with a string height of 2.4mm Bass E to 1.8mm Treble E, that's measuring from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string at the 12th fret.

This is not necessarily the lowest a guitar can go but a good comfortable height. If you feel your action has changed / risen a touch then yes, we'll be able to adjust it for you.

We're open as normal through July except for the 12th and 13th.

Thanks, I will get down at the start of July, maybe you can have a look at it then.
The main reason I ask is that a friend of mine has a guitar (a Seagull) and while it isn't half the guitar of my A25 the action is lower (without buzzing) and is very playable.
