Hi folks! Just wanted to let all you youtuber's out there know----one of my top friends on myspace--a guy called Jack Williams should be checked out A.S.A.P singing "Natural Man"

I think Jack is one of the best acoustic/singer/songwriters of our time--plus he plays a full all round bluesy sound---but I must say --he is one of the few people I've heard in my life--who can combined both guitar and song together in the most magicail way.

For those of you who have not heard of Jack Williams--your in for a treat--simply go to youtube/ Jack Williams--Natural Man---and eat your heart out!

Ah! I thought you'd injoy this John--Jack Williams is worth a realy good study--it take's you to turn up the volume and realy watch this guy--the string bends ---the way he slides in and out of cords.

Lentin --I realy enjoyed watching The Doctor win he's 9th championship title----there's no stoping this guy!

Hi Folks! I was amazed that only two guitarist's replyed to my post on Jack Williams---I'm I going grazy in my old age--When I seen this video for the first time I was blowen away--WOW!

I thought after reading --Petition to Avalon--start a youtube channel---loads of you guys may have been amazed/inspired to see Jack Williams--But who knows--maybe you all knew about him already.

The thing with me is,I love an all rounder--someone who plays and sings--someone who can tell a good storey-------Last week we had Thomas Leeb at are local pub---most of the folks who came that night thought it was boring----don't get me wrong Thomas is a fine player and a lovely guy--infact he's little storeys between songs became more interesting --than all that SLAP TAP CRAP----which seems be be about these days.

I've meet Thomas Leeb a couple of times--and I must say I realy like the guy--but I'm tired of SLAP TAP--please forgive me--but it's good for 10 minutes.

So watching Jack Williams play in KULAK'S WOODSHED---is a treat----------So if your a young guitarist out there SLAP your guitar for the last time--and PLAY US ALL A SONG!

Actually if you look there is plenty slap tap boom going on, but Jack integrates it in the overall picture so you dont notice it, you just listen to the music. Some people have "it".

Well Done Frankhond--Yes your right you don't notice it--what your hear is a song--If you watch Andy Mckee playing "driftng" now thats slap tap---I've watched Andy play this tune live --it's good--but I'm not running out to buy he's C.D.

A good song has words -----not many tunes make it to NO 1---The reason I say this is --my son spends hours upon hours of practicing lead guitar---but when he get's to the party--all the folks love he's best friend --who only knows one SONG----ERNIE---AND HE DROVE THE FASTEST MILK CART IN THE WEST!

No foulplay and only winners and no losers when you listen to this guy Jack Williams, again an example of the magic power of music :)
Another artist with this quality for me is Darrell Scott, the same complementary singing and playing and a great storyteller as well:

If they only knew about Ava...
