A loud thump at the door at 8:30am this morning, told me that my new Irish-American friend had arrived.

He's only been here for a couple of hours, but I already know he's going to be staying for a long, long time. We're getting along just fine.

I'll tell you more when I've finished exploring! (could be some time!)

Oh hi everyone, by the way!! I've been an unregistered visitor for a couple of years, but decided to register and post only when I was an owner

Ok. I’ve had around 24 hrs with my new Avalon…

I snapped up one of the ex demo S320A guitars offered before the workshop holiday.

I had to..... for 3 reasons.

1) the S320A was on my list of “one dayâ€

That sounds excellent. The Americana guitars looks superb, and maybe I'll be joining you in owning something along those lines in the not too distant future.

Couldn't agree more about the customer service. Jim is a diamond, and I'm sure Avalon are grateful for his excellent customer service skills (although I think they are just down to him being a very decent man).

Thanks for sharing news of the new guitar, and I hope you have some happy times together :)

Cheers Ross!

I've taken a few snaps of the guitar if anyone is interested in having a peek.
