I own one of the Furch Avalons and am interested in the relationship between the Furch- and Irish made versions of the Golds.

Was the design entirely specified by Avalon? Or if not, what did Furch contribute from the design viewpoint?

How did the materials differ?

What were the significant differences in construction technique?

Also, what are the significant differences (design and construction) between a Gold series and legacy series guitar?
