Andy McKee (Avalon Jumbo?) - The CandyRat Trio

sure looks like an Avalon jumbo 2 me...
afaik he was playing one too when he supported Tommy E in the Waterfront in Belfast last year.

He could do for Avalon what Tommy E did for Maton...

Can't tell if Craig's playing one too in this clip as the video's pretty fuzzy but it may be a Beneteau as both he and Andy play them (stunning guitars) and they have a single B on the headstock..

Looks like an L32C or the Premier version L320C, both a great choice !

What hack all the finish off and ride it until it dies!!?!

all the way to the 6-string knacker's yard!
:D

first time I've considered the phrase "riding roughshod" analagous for playing guitar, but like you say, in Tommy's case, it's bang on!

it would be great to see an Andy McKee signature model...maybe an auditorium body with a soft bevel over the top and a flared bass port for xtra oomph! and of course a custom pickup system...hmm...could be the makings of an intersting wishlist thread there!
