Hi, I recently bought an Avalon AS101ce and Im very pleased with how it sounds ... It's just that I'm all new to the EQ... sinced I've never used one... can anyone give me a few hints and tips for some nice sounds? ^^

I recently bought an AS200CE, which I think has the same electronics package - a Fishman Prefix Plus. I am in the same predicament as you, as I have never had to deal with all of those controls.
If you go to the Fishman web site and look in the support section, you can download the user manual for the Prefix Plus. In it they have several suggested settings for different styles of music, as well as information on using the Phase switch and Notch filter.
It would be a nice touch if Avalon could include this little manual with the instrument.
