Thinking of buying a used A100

Saw a used A100 with a Martin pickup the other day
In good shape and the only cosmetic issue I saw was a couple of small dings in the body and a ding on the headstock

I am presuming these can be corrected by a good luthier????

If they're small dings then they're probably easily rectified but I've always thought that small dings and play marks add a bit of character to a guitar
