Tim Hughes Guitar

I stumbled across this video of Tim Hughes playing/teaching one of his P&W songs, and I was wondering if anyone knows what model Avalon he is playing (JB). It looks like a L32c or L320c.

You're spot on - Tim's playing an Avalon L32c in this clip. (Vicky, who introduces the clip also had an Avalon (L310) until it was stolen! tut, tut)

Note to UK forum members interested in Tim's work ... he is touring the UK with Al Gordon in October and we hope to catch up with them when they visit Belfast on October 18th - I hear there's an Americana waiting for him!

I've noticed recently he's shied away from his Avalon and has been using a Gibson j-200!!!!

I hope the Americana will see him end his infatuation with this guitar

Vicky also seems to have an infatuation with Gibsons. Personally, the Gibsons, Taylors, or Martins that i've played don't hold a candle to how my avalon feels or sounds. There are a couple of American Hand made/custom built guitars that I would like to play to see how they stack up to my guitar but I've been unable to stumble across. Olson and Muiderman guitars. Anyone ever played one of these. And if so, I'd be curious to know your thoughts.
