The Blue Guitar is selling an Avalon a200 that looks quite different to other Avalons I see. Could it just have the wrong model number on it? Is this modelled after a Taylor?

It looks really different and for $2000.00 I just have to know...

I wrote to the blue guitar room and got a tiny sales pitch on the Avalon Jacques Stotzem Signature model which is an amazing machine but @ 400.00 more it is 400 above my price range.

Thanks in advace. Please tell me about this beautiful and different A200 guitar.

Hi DS and welcome to the forums :)

The A200 you're linked to shows a Czech built Avalon, made from solid woods but costs a bit less than our Irish nade Gold's.

Cheers

JB, doesn't that price seems a bit steep for a Czech-made Avalon?

I think it's probably about right for an A200CE , cutaway with electrics.

I have not put an offer in yet, I hope to get it for less,

But I have never seen anything like it.

Is this the new Avalon style?

Oh and thanks JB for the warm welcome. Bruce Springsteen turned me on to Avalon's. Yet, he never returns my calls.
