Czech-made Avalon shapes

Postby Pastor Steve » 03 May 2007, 02:55

Hello all,

I read your comments about the Czech Avalon's not being the same shape as the N.I. models. I would like to see some photos of the Czech models if anyone knows of a web site for them. I can't seem to find one.

Here's a first look at an Irish Gold A200C

The Czech Golds have an abalone rosette while the NI Golds have an all wood rosette.

Also, there's a good review of a Czech/Furch made Gold L201. You can plainly see the difference in shape of the body, and the rosette stands out.

I played a number of Czech Golds that I thought were fantastic.
