Gotoh tuners for Grovers?

I'm wondering if it would be possible to replace the original Grover tuners on my S201 to Gotoh without any sort of drilling or modification. Any input on this?

It certainly is, you just have to make sure the screw lug is in the same position i.e. set at about 45deg from the backplate.
