It really is looking good, top marks. Will it be possible to order guitars online?

glad you like it chaps ... :D

The most time consuming part for me is all the photos and I reckon I'm not even a quarter way through what I need to upload.
We want our site to be a visual feast for players considering our guitars, it makes things easier.

The shop has been temporarily suspended until it's revamp and geared up for proper buying online.

Please forgive us for any forum bugs or outages, our web-master will be implementing a newer, upgraded forum but there my be some testing needed first.

Hi Jim

Great looking new website.
With all these stunning photos of the guitars we will all have to start saving now for a new one.
I see that you have a few models with the Celtic Knot inlaid on the headstock, can it be done retrospectively and if so any figures.

I have always admired the Celtic Knot on the black headstock that featured on the old website, that and the Celtic inlay round the soundhole on the Bevel would be on my list for a dreamguitar.

Regards

Hi Jim,
Just like to add my congratulations on your new website.
Comprehensive, easy to navigate and with all the information one needs, plus, a nice set of workshop photos.
I only came across it today as I've been away, gigging with my new A32c 12 string. I definetely chose well, it truly is a superb instrument and surpasses all my expectations....thanks again!

Brian.

It looks like there are two versions of forum: -

http://www.avalonguitars.co.uk/phpBB/

and

http://forum.avalonguitars.co.uk/

If you post on the original it doesn't show up on the 'new' forum, but if you post on the 'new' forum it does update the 'old' one

well spotted Ross ... we're letting the old forum run for a few days yet until we're sure that the migration is fully stable ... there were a few bugs after the first cross-over.

Once we're sure it's stable the re-skinning should happen soon after on the new forum.

http://forum.avalonguitars.co.uk/ isn't working right now and the website is linking here. :?

What's going on?

PS the guitar with "Belfast" on the headstock is a stunning piece of work! Do you have a page with more pics of it up by any chance? :)
