Problem with purchasing/regarding size

Hi, I recently purchased and returned an Avalon guitar, which I purchased online from an authorized re-seller. The ad said 'Concert Size' when I got the guitar it was an A-100. I called up the owner of the store (trying to get a refund after I sent the guitar back!) He tells me that, in fact, the guitar sent to me was a 'Concert' sized Czech and the designation for a Concert sized Czech was "A" not "S" The lower bout was 16"...that, I thought, was Auditorium. I'm I getting this wrong...Is my shaken faith of this retailer justified?

I looked at the ad site you posted, and didnt see anything about size advertised, unless I missed it. I did see that the guitar is advertised as an A-100., but nothing about concert size. Was the ad changed? Good luck with the refund, it can be difficult. If you charged it, notify the credit card company right away.

Yeah it was changed...I have a screen-shot of the other ad though. I think i'll get my money back..(fingers crossed). But the thing is that he fed me this story about the 'A' size being the smallest of the Czech made, therefor it was considered a concert and I have never heard of that.

An "A" is an "A" regardless of where it was made ... it's an Auditorium size not Concert ... our Concert size lower bout is 14" 9/16.
