My guitar fell over.

and broke the tuner on the G string (snigger).

This is mainly intended for JB: can I get a tuner button on it's own, since the tuner itself seems fine (and still works, it just doesn't look very pretty), or will I have to get a replacement tuner? Picture below:

Cheers :)

Mine was knocked over on stage over a week ago. Everything looked fine at first, but there's a small dent in the neck, just behind the second fret. The first ding is always the hardest...

Thanks very much for your help JB :)

SoT, I feel your pain - my guitars first ding was thanks to my beloved wife throwing something at me while I was playing. I was very surprised about how annoyed I was!

JB,

Is there anything you'd recommend to fill that ding I mentioned? It almost looks as if someone took a ten-penny nail and lightly tapped the tip of it into the guitar's neck. Or would I be better off just living with it as is?

most lacquer dings and dents can be fixed or minimised with some super-glue but it requires a steady hand, light touch and a dose of patience.

after the super-glue is applied in as many layers as needed to fill the ding or dent you can take it a step further by carefully rubbing it back with 600 / 1000 / 2000 grit wet & dry paper and finish off with some 0000 steel wool.

have fun :)
