Hi - I am an owner of a L10C which i bought back in april this year through my local guitar dealer Gitarrengalerie - Karsten Görbig - in Bremen in Germany. I love this instrument. I already have a 1981 Martin HD28 and a 1991 Lakewood D32 but the Avalon is special. I use a lot of open tunings - current favourite CGDGGD - and i use Newtone strings - DADGAD sets for the Lakewood/Avalon and Custom for the Martin.

I also use a lot of open tunings - my current one is CGDGAD, which I use for Irish tunes. I play a lot of Will Ackerman stuff and nearly every piece is in a different tuning, hence I keep snapping strings!

Hi, After ordering my custom A320 back in October, I have told that I should be getting it in a months time, probably mid march. I will post review/pics when I get it.

They say everything good in life is worth waiting for.

Well, after a long wait my A320 arrived yesterday. Firstly, it looks abosutely beautiful, especially the custom celtic inlay on the headstock.

Due to being very busy, I only had chance to play it for an hour last night, but it is a stunning instrument. It is a joy to play, clarity and sustain are better than any other guitar I have played so far, including a stefan sobell guitar that I nearly bought a year or so ago. I play in open tunings a lot and the open strings ring wonderfully in the background while I play melody notes on fretted strings.

Fantastic guitar - thanks guys, it was well worth the wait.

having had my A320 for about 4 months now I thought I would give a quick update. It sounds beautiful - what more can I say? I have played at a few folk clubs recently and the guitar is always attracting attention from other guitar players. I play fingerstyle solos - celtic music, william ackerman stuff etc. The guitar rings and sustains marvellously and is a joy to play.
