All of our Irish Golds say "Made in Avalon" actually .... :? .... I know, I know, you don't have to say anything

It probably is one of ours but if the serial number starts with and "A" and looks something like "A00456" then it's all Irish.

HI JB

I got the following info from an Avalon dealer
Is this accurate

Hi, This is a very confusing! Avalon use a 'Made in Avalon' label for their
Gold and Silver series guitars (different colour labels for each series).
The Gold series guitars that were made in Ireland initially used a
different label that said 'Made in Ireland' but when they introduced the
higher-end
Legacy series, they started using a 'Made in Avalon' label even though the
guitars were made in Ireland. When they transferred production of Gold
series guitars to the Czech Rep., they continued to use the 'Made in
Avalon' label. The way of distinguishing if a guitar is made in Ireland or
Czech Rep.
is easy as the headstock and bridge shapes and rosette designs are
different

yea, I think the Czech models also have Abalone rosettes if I remember correctly, a very easy sign.

We can tell just by looking at the guitar, sutble differences in shape, bridge, lines but it's not that easy to explain it to potential customers.
