Customizations (Customisations?)

Hi all:

I just ordered an L25CE for our Worship Leader, and we're all very excited about the prospect of presenting him with his "dream guitar"! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has ordered a gtr with customizations, (i.e. neck inlays) and how they presented it to the luthiers there? Did you give exact measurements and a mockup or what? Thanks!

We normally get sent drawings or jpgs of inlay designs from customers and we'll then give a quote for the work.

You can even call us and try and describe it over the phone, I'll do my best to understand

OK, cool. I just sent Jack Thompson an email with a semi-crude drawing for a 12th-fret inlay, so it should be forthcoming. I wanted to get it in as soon as possible - I'm hoping for a Christmas delivery! Keep me posted - good luck and keep up the great work.
