Just droped in to say thank you yo riverdog. I'm glad you liked two yellow craines. I wrote that song on one of my many vists to Canada.

I was horse riding with a native Americain girl, she was asking me what Belfast was like, so I told her all about the two yellow crains which are used for shipbuilding.

And that's how I write songs, like I'm simply telling someone a storey.I was hoping some of the guys/girls out there who have'nt had a go at songwriting might just pick up their pen.

I can't stress enough the pleasure you can get from writing your own songs. So many people I meet have this very negative idea that songwritings beyond them.

Playing acoustic and songwriting simply go hand in hand like two lovers walking along a beach, it's something all guitarists must try.And I don't want to hear any excusses like I can't sing.

Thanks again to Greypicker and he's wonderful CD, with all those great songs which allow us to step into this very talented mans life Well Done Sir!
