How could I upload a picture?

You need to host your pictures on external site and link them but if you want to send them to me I'll upload them for you.

I have uploaded a couple of pics to Picasa.
Then I embed the url between Img codes.
When I submit (or preview) it, I see the url text, but not the picture.
