My first Avalon-Guitar

Postby RK » 26 Feb 2009, 13:10

I have the beautiful guitar yesterday and then was getting late into the night with friends while playing. I have noticed that I take this guitar even more so in some situations whole new nuances will know. I am looking forward to it.
Thank's to all staff and craftsmen/artists for a fine and fantastic guitar - my A12C Fingerstyle - by "AVALON GUITARS".

Hi RK, welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new guitar.

I have two Avalon's, a Gold series 6string and a Legacy series 12 string; both gigged regularly. I hope your new instrument gives you as much pride and pleasure as my two give me; Avalon really are superb guitars.

I look forward to reading your posts in the future

Cheers..............Brian.

Well I just joined the club - an S32 small body with a Fishman in it. What a wonderful rich tone, the sustain and complexity of the sound is just fantastic. Quality is faultless and it all just feels so right. A nice little sister for my 22 year old Lowden S22CP which I have had from new and is in fact a large bodied jumbo - that's a great guitar for slow, wallowy sort of picking and for strumming but I was looking for something that speaks a bit quicker and with more focus for fingerpicking and the S32 delivers. The new Avalon feels so right in the hands and as everyone else has said, it is a pleasure to deal with these guys.
