We are passionate about acoustic guitars - designing them, making them, the materials we use and especially, how they look, feel and sound. Most of all, we're passionate about providing you with a guitar of character and integrity to enable you to make the music you are passionate about.

Avalon's luthiers are gifted artisans with immense skill and pride in the work produced by their hands. We readily acknowledge technological advances in modern guitar production, but here at Avalon, our preference is to rely as far as possible on the expertise and discernment of the craftsman luthier, his intuition and instinct. The true tools of the artisan are his expertise, judgement and discretion at every stage of manufacture to ensure the final result will be as near perfect as possible.
